The Bridge House Gallery
The Bridge House Gallery:
The Bridge House Gallery seeks to provide a space for artists of faith to share their work with the community in and around Holy Cross. Through exhibitions and artist talks, The Bridge House Gallery hopes to deepen conversations on faith, art, and what it means to work vocationally as an artist in this world.
The Bridge House Gallery is located at 3617 Texas Avenue.
Artist In Residence:
Holy Cross Artist in Residence Program seeks to enrich the arts and faith dialogue taking place between the artist communities at Intersect and the faith community at Holy Cross.
The residency hopes to provide space and time for in-depth art making, connections for the selected artist to contribute visual work to our arts-rich worship practices in some form, and create work for an exhibition at the Bridge House gallery.
We love partnering in the creative visions of each individual artist and will collaborate with flexibility to craft a unique and specific residency experience for each artist.

Tend exhibition
runs May 4 - july 18, 2025
The Spring/Summer show Tend opens the first week of May, and will feature works by 15 artists (both local and from around the country). Tend asks the question: in tending to growing things, might we also care for ourselves and others? In observing things that shoot up, bloom, and then wither and die, only to resurrect again, can we craft a vision of hope? Can gardens do more than make space for beauty? Can they make space for sorrow, for anger, for love, for forgiveness, for second chances?
Tend seeks to explore the power of gardens as agents of beauty, hope, and resilience through artistic observations/interpretations of such spaces.
Exhibition runs May 4 - july 18, 2025
